If you wish to cancel you subscription at any time. You must login to your account and go to the account settings section of your dashboard. From there click the manage subscription button and follow the steps to cancel or update your plan.

Our customer service team will NOT accept any cancellations through email and it is burden of the user to unsubscribe or update their account. Our customer service team will help customers re-set their password or provide them with login credentials however will never cancel or modify your subscription.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause,

with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be

undertaken only at our discretion. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the

Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to

use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain

current or future promotions, service information or similar communication. We also

reserve the rights to use your email for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to permanently ban any users that do not meet our terms and conditions of usage

We aim to provide an excellent level of customer care to every individual, allow our

agents up to 24 hours to reply to your ticket (with a maximum of 5 days) as we process

every ticket in the order that they are received. Spamming our support system with

multiple tickets will result in your request being pushed to the back of the queue.

Who can use our platform?
